FCTRY LAb is an end-to-end footwear studio that turns bold ideas into real, wearable shoes. Fashion models, pro athletes, indie founders and global brands all work with our LA team to take concepts from sketch to shelf under one roof.
3D designs go straight to fabric for fast sampling and precise paneling. Every sample is then hand-built and refined, pairing old-world craft with new-school speed. Lasts are modeled, graded and wear-tested for fit across every size, and every shoe passes lab and real-world testing before it ships.
Founder Omar Bailey spent two decades designing sneakers for the industry's biggest names. With FCTRY LAb, he flips the script, giving athletes and artists the tools to sketch, prototype and release their own pairs. The goal: open up sneaker creation, one pair at a time.

Does the Knight RNR run true to size?
Yes, order your usual size.

What should I order if I'm between sizes?
Size up. We make whole sizes only, and the foam shapes to your foot within a few wears.

Will it fit wide or narrow feet?
It's built on a standard D-width last, so it fits like any normal shoe. We don't make narrow or wide versions of any FCTRY LAb shoe. The foam shapes to the print of your foot by the third wear.

How does the sizing compare with Nike, Jordan or Timberland?
It's built on a standard D-width last and fits like any normal shoe, so start with the size you usually wear in other major brands. If you're unsure, check our size guide or reach out to us.

What size should a woman order?
The Knight RNR is unisex in men's sizing: men's 5 is a women's 7, 6 is 8, 7 is 9 and 8 is 10.

What is it made of, and how is it built?
It's injection-molded EVA foam from heel to toe, with ventilation running through it, built-in arch support and a sole that grips at contact.

What does recovery shoe mean, and when should I wear it?
RNR stands for Rest N' Recovery. It's a cushioned foam slip-on for after training or a game, for casual wear, and for the long walk home.

Does the foam mold to my foot, and how long does that take?
Yes. The foam holds firm on day one, and by the third wear the EVA has shaped to the print of your foot.

Is it waterproof?
It's water-resistant rather than waterproof. The EVA foam is durable in snow and cold and keeps your feet warm.

Can I wash it?
Yes. Give it a quick rinse and let it air dry away from direct heat.

Can I wear it outside all day?
Yes. It's built for long-wear durability and the molded sole grips the ground, so you can wear it outside all day.

How is it different from the Knight RNR Slide?
Both are molded EVA foam recovery shoes. The Knight RNR is a closed shoe; the Slide has an open top for easy on and off.

Can I return or exchange it?
You can return the Knight RNR within 30 days of delivery if it's unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Ordering between November 6 and December 31? Our holiday return policy applies.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free on every US order and usually arrives in 7–8 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout, priced by destination. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we currently ship within the US only.

If I order today, when will it ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same business day; orders placed after 2 PM, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

When do I need to order to get it before the holidays?
If you choose standard (economy) shipping, place your order at least 7–8 business days before you need it, since that’s how long standard delivery usually takes. Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout.

My size is sold out. Will it restock, and how do I get notified?
Many FCTRY LAb styles drop in limited runs, so a sold-out size or color may not come back. Click Notify Me on the product page and enter your email, and we'll let you know if your size returns.

What is your return policy during holidays?
For orders placed November 6 to December 31, 2026. For these orders, this replaces the return details on our product pages. Exchanges Wrong size? Swap it for another size of the same shoe while that size is in stock. With Redo coverage, return shipping is free and shipping your new pair (if standard) is free. Without it, you pay the restock price + we will cover standard shipping to you. Returns You can start a return within 30 days of delivery. Pairs must be unworn, with tags attached, in the original box. Holiday returns are refunded as FCTRY LAb store credit for the amount you paid. Store credit must be used by January 31, 2027, or within 30 days of being issued, whichever is later. Restocking fees Restocking fees shown on a product page (Duck Boot: $50) are waived on returns covered by Redo. Without Redo coverage, the fee is taken off your store credit. Packs and multi-pair offers If you return part of a pack or a multi-pair offer, the pairs you keep no longer qualify for the pack or offer price. We recalculate the price of the pairs you keep and refund the difference, either to your card or as store credit with a 10% bonus. If you return the whole pack or order, you get store credit for the full amount you paid. Final sale Knight RNR, MOCC and Knight Slide are final sale. They can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. If something goes wrong If your pair arrives faulty or we send the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement, or a full refund if we can't. If we can't complete your exchange because the size sold out, you choose: a refund to your card, or store credit with a 10% bonus.
