EVA stands for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate. It is a lightweight foam widely used in sneaker midsoles and uppers for cushioning, flexibility, and shock absorption. FCTRY LAb uses molded and injection molded EVA in the Duck Lo, Knight RNR, Knight RNR Slide, MOCC, and Duck Boot constructions.

TPU stands for Thermoplastic Polyurethane, a durable and flexible material used in shoe construction for structural elements. FCTRY LAb uses injected TPU in the Stomper's core, TPU shanks in the Duck Hoops and OB-1 Utility Boot midsoles, and TPU toe caps in the Stomper Lo for impact protection.

FCTRY LAb offers a 30 day return policy on all eligible products. You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request and return the item. The product must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns work in two ways: add Redo at checkout for 2.5% of your order value to get a free return with your order fully insured against damage, loss, and returns, or skip Redo and pay the product's restocking fee when you return the item. Exchanges are always free on every product.

Start your return through the FCTRY LAb Returns Portal, linked from the Refund Policy page. You will receive return authorization and instructions. If you opted into Redo at checkout, your return is covered and free. If not, the applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Yes. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If you opted into Redo at checkout, the return is covered and no restocking fee is deducted. If not, the applicable restocking fee is deducted from your refund before it is processed.

Yes. Exchanges are always free on every FCTRY LAb product. Start the exchange through the Returns Portal, return the original pair in unworn condition, and the team ships the replacement to you at no cost. Free exchanges apply whether or not you added Redo at checkout.

Yes. Free exchanges cover different sizes of the same product. If you want a different colorway, the fastest option is to purchase the new pair separately and return the original under the standard return policy, either free with Redo or subject to the product's restocking fee without Redo.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. The FCTRY LAb x NLE Choppa Duck Boot Yellow is Final Sale, and foam products on sale at $30 are Final Sale. All purchases from the annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale (November 25 through December 1, 2025) are treated as Final Sale.

Custom, personalized, and limited edition products are not returnable. This includes the Yellow Duck Boot, personalized athlete or artist collaboration pairs, and any pair explicitly labeled Final Sale on its product page.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not seen the refund, email info@fctry.la with your order number.

Inspect your order at delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a return through the Returns Portal and include photos and videos of the shoe and the shoe carton with the size sticker visible. The team will resolve the issue.

The RUFL Boot is a collaboration between FCTRY LAb and Collina Strada, the New York fashion label founded by Hillary Taymour. It features a transparent breathable mesh upper, ruffles at the top, and a sugarcane based foam sole. It is FCTRY LAb's plant based, sustainability focused release and retails at $100.

The Stomper Lo is a low profile slip on version of the original Stomper, priced at $160. It carries the same bold DNA in a lower silhouette with a suede shroud, a sculpted TPU toe cap etched with detail, a cobblestone textured midsole, and a drawstring toggle closure with padded collar for easy on and off.
